Catering and Events

     The genesis of our Private Chef & Catering venture traces back to my deep-rooted connection with food. Raised in a family where both grandmothers and my parents were culinary virtuosos, it’s safe to say that a love for cooking courses through my veins. My upbringing was flavored with my mom overseeing the Food Ministry at our church and later venturing into the restaurant business. While I often buried myself in books & extracurricular activities, my affinity for cooking persisted.

     During my college days, I delighted my roommates and friends with full-fledged Southern Grandma recipes, concocted with whatever ingredients lay in our pantry and fridge. Transitioning from server to Event Manager at a prominent hotel, my trajectory was seemingly set. However, the pandemic altered the landscape, prompting me to pivot toward my other passion: Food. Embarking on a humble journey, I hawked food plates in parks and barbershops, building a loyal following. This culinary odyssey led to the establishment of my catering enterprise, etching a flavorful chapter in my personal history.
